Construction Notice
The resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will be undergoing a significant villa refurbishment and plumbing infrastructure renovation project, which is currently anticipated to take place approximately Jun. 1, 2024, through Jun. 30, 2025 and Sept. 13, 2025 through Dec. 12, 2025. This work will occur daily between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. HST, and there will be construction noise, including noise from demolition, operating machinery, and carpentry. There may be intermittent impacts to resort amenities during the project.
Beginning Aug. 23, 2025, to Dec.16, 2025, Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club - Lahaina & Napili Towers will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
Please note that the Lahaina Tower Pool will be closed for refurbishment from September 2, 2025, to November 21, 2025. During this time, the Super Pool and Napili Tower Pool will be open. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

Maui continues efforts to rebuild after last year’s devastating wildfires. We pride ourselves on the caring culture of our company and the outpouring of support for our ʻOhana on Maui.
Our concierge team is happy to make personalized recommendations for activities you can enjoy during your vacation. In addition, our activities team has a great list of weekly on-site activities to entertain and delight your family.
The beaches from Kāʻanapali to Kapalua are open, and there are several excellent beach options and beach access on the south side of Maui from Kīhei to Wailea. The concierge will be happy to direct you to other beautiful areas that Maui has to offer.
