Beach Renourishment Project
From approximately Sept. 2025 to May 2026, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches. To understand better the areas and schedule for the upcoming year, please visit here: Beach Renourishment Program.
Construction Notice
The resort is undergoing elevator enhancements through July 2026. Up to two elevators will be closed at a time during each building’s renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during this time. The elevator renovation schedule can be viewed here.
