Beach Renourishment Project
Throughout 2025, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches. To understand better the areas and schedule for the upcoming year, please visit here: Beach Renourishment Program.
Renovation Notice
Beginning May 1,2025 through Aug. 31, 2025 the resort will be undergoing multiple renovations.
The resort will be undergoing our Elevator Modernization project. Throughout this time there will be work done in each building on one elevator at a time. This will leave just one available elevator per building during its scheduled maintenance. Please contact the Front Desk for further details.
