IMPORTANT WEATHER UPDATE
Before your departure, we wanted to make you aware of the possibility of inclement weather in Florida during your upcoming vacation. Based on reports from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration www.noaa.gov, the resort is under a Hurricane Warning due to Hurricane Ian. The management team is monitoring the approaching storm and preparing the resort. However, there is no change to the operating status of the resort at this time.
We encourage you to actively monitor the current weather situation before you depart and check flight status through your airline carrier. Further updates on resort operating status will be provided on this page should weather conditions warrant.
Construction Notice
The Main pool, Quiet pool, Upper whirlpool spa, and the rock formation/waterfall will be undergoing resurfacing and refurbishment from Sept. 1, 2025, through Oct. 31, 2025. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Beginning Aug. 24, 2026 to Nov. 12, 2026, Marriott’s Aruba Ocean Club will be undergoing the soft goods villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate some construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
